Below you will find some general information about our policies. Please keep in mind is sole responsibility of the purchaser to revise, print or solicit any copy of this document. A continuacion podras revisar nuestros terminos,  clausulas y condiciones  con relacion a la compra de su sillas. Todas las ordenes hechas con ICF Inc. estaran sujetas a estos terminos y condiciones. Es responsabilidad del cliente solicitar o imprimir copia de este documento. Es responsabilidad del comprador leer y/o  traducir si fuese necesario el contenido de este documento. Order Cancelation - Cancellations must be made in writing call immediately to notify.  If an order has already been made (fabric cut) and/or shipped a 45% restocking charge will be incurred. Fabrics are cut specifically to order and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once fabric is cut without a restocking charge.
 

Title - Title to all furniture shall pass from the manufacturer to the purchaser (a) upon delivery to purchaser or (b) at the plants' shipping dock when goods are picked up by a purchaser's agent/ carrier at which point risk of loss or damage shall be upon the purchaser.

 

Terms - Payment terms are 60% down with order and balance upon shipment.  Purchaser also agrees to pay Fee at the rate of 2½% per month on amounts not paid when due until date paid. Balance payment must be paid on time any delayed shipment due to delayed payment will be penalized with a 2% plus rescheduling fee.

 

Taxes - Prices as noted do not include any taxes payable.  Purchaser takes responsibility and agrees to pay all taxes (local, state and federal) payable by law with respect to this transaction, unless such taxes are expressly included in the price as quoted.  Prices as noted do not include any & all taxes payable.

 

Free shipping - Free shipping may apply in some areas, certain restrictions may apply. Additional charges beyond the marked internet price may apply, please contact us for free estimate.

 

Delayed shipments / Storage costs - ICF Inc. (churchchairstogo.com) is not responsible to provide storage for completed orders.  ICF Inc. Churchchairstogo.com will not be liable for delays related to ocean freight, fires, strikes, inspections, weather conditions, or any other situation that may arise beyond our control.  Once the production cycle has commenced there is limited ability to delay the manufacturing process, therefore upon the completion of the order a delivery appointment will be scheduled.   Should a situation arise where ICF Inc. Churchchairstogo.com is required to coordinate offsite storage, it reserves the right to charge all related costs to the customer. ICF Inc. (Churchchairstogo.com) shall not be responsible to deliver and/or install chairs for a specified date unless a written request is received and accepted in written by both parties ICF Inc. and the customer.

 

Upholstery - Upholstery fabrics are dyed by the fabric manufacturer at the mill toward the master color that is shown on the swatch cards and samples.  Each dye lot is slightly different from every other, this difference shall not constitute reason for rejection by Purchaser of the upholstery fabric

 

Frame finishes - Powder paint is formulated by the powder manufacturer toward the master color that is shown on the paint chips.  Slight variances in the final frame finish (especially the two-tone powders) should be expected, these variances shall not constitute reason for rejection by the Purchaser.

 

Return Policy - Because of the product's nature, custom built or custom manufactured cannot be returned. If a manufacturer has a written return policy or agrees to take an item/s back then the customer can send the applicable product back to that factory but is responsible for all restocking fees and shipping costs in both directions. Many of our products are offered with free shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. You will also be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging

 

Installation, Safety and Freight Damage - Please note that freight lines are not operated by us and we are subject to their delivery schedules and rules. Unless otherwise agreed, all shipping quotes include tailgate delivery service only.  Upon arrival of the carrier, the Purchaser agrees to provide the labor required to unload the carrier, down stack the chairs, remove all packaging materials and to place the chairs inside the facility.  All packaging materials are to be disposed of by the Purchaser.  Under no conditions are packaging materials to be left with the carrier/driver. Purchaser accepts responsibility for the safety of all persons.  Purchaser shall also defend and save ICF Inc. (Churchchairstogo.com) harmless from all claims from persons who are injured on the premises where delivery and/or installation are performed. Some chairs will require back. ganging and bookrack assembly it will be the purchaser sole responsibility for assembly.

Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for freight damage. Make the truck driver wait for you while you inspect the chair. Failure to inspect and reject the chair will result in loss of protection.  If you find that merchandise has been freight damaged, simply refuse the damaged chairs - note any damage on the shipping ticket and after you have properly noted any damage, contact us for proper procedure in replacement options.  Failure to inspect the chair and follow the policy will result in loss of protection.  If you accepted the merchandise and did not realize of the damages until after delivery was accepted and you did not make note or rejected the merchandise at the moment of delivery ICF Inc. at it's own discretion may assist with spare part replacement but purchaser will be responsible for any expense related with replacements including but not limited to parts, shipping, handling and labor fee if required. The purchaser also agrees to  defend and save ICF Inc. (Churchchairstogo.com) harmless from all claims from persons  who are injured doing replacements purchaser is solely responsible for any mishandling or damages to replacement parts due to replacement.

 

Internet Pricing - Prices are subject to change at any time. Pricing errors can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for these pricing errors and will notify the buyer immediately upon finding these errors.

Chair Specifications subject to change without notice.  It is assumed that you have read, understood and accepted our policies and conditions before you place your order. All terms, policy and conditions stated will apply to all accepted orders. All previous representations and statements, whether verbal or written, shall be deemed to be superseded.

 

Governmental regulation - Compliance with all government laws, codes and regulations, including building and fire codes applicable to this purchase, shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

 

Warranty Information - The warranties of our chairs range from 90 days to 20 year warranties on frames (structural only). All chair offered under discount, liquidation, clearance, special sale or damaged goods are final and sold as is. Warranty is solely on structural frame  and excludes damages related but not limited to rusting, fading, fabric tear and stitching (No warranty apply unless stated on order form or contract). Payment methods - We offer a wide variety of ways to pay. We prefer payment by checks but we will also accept Bank Transfer, mayor credit cards including Visa, MasterCard are accepted (some processing charges may apply). Checks must be mail to our P.O. Box. Postdated Payment plan will be accepted on a case by case basis. All Postdated payment plans will be limited to a 3, 6, 9 and 12 month period. Postdated Payment plan must be submitted in advance to our PR headquarters. Funds must be available upon deposit or before delivery, failure to have funds available must pay 2% penalty fee on the pending balance. If ICF Inc. is not available to fulfill deposits because of check cancellation or insufficient funds, purchaser will be required to pay all necessary expenses related to re-depositng the checks and a 6% charge for the payment amount.  Purchaser is responsible for having funds available a 19% on each extended month will apply.
